Jim Hughes Real Estate, a local family-owned brokerage, is looking for a creative and organized individual to help assist our marketing and administrative efforts. If you’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves social media, and has a knack for organization, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Help manage our social media presence (posting updates, engaging with our audience)
  • Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials
  • Provide administrative support to our team
  • Help coordinate events, promotions, and outreach efforts

What Helps You Succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, with proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Southwest Iowa and the surrounding area is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along well with others.
  • Previous real estate experience is beneficial but not required.
